At BraceBerry, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings and personalized/custom-made jewelry are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless damaged or defective).

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided return address.

  4. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the item was purchased with a discount or coupon, the refund will be processed at the discounted value.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently allow size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
