These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Braceberry (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, sizes, and colours accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship.

  • All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent changes.

3. Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is complete and accurate.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect pricing.

4. Payment

  • We accept secure payments through Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, COD or other approved methods.

  • In case of prepaid orders, orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranty

  • Unless expressly stated, products are sold without additional warranties beyond those required by Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
